Areezy – Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products ordered through the Areezy website, mobile platforms, or via phone.
Online offers are applicable to online purchases only and may not be available in-store. Similarly, in-store promotions may not apply online unless clearly stated.
2. Seller Information
The Seller is Areezy Online (part of Areezy Group).

3. Order Process
- Product listings on our website are an invitation to purchase, not a direct offer
- By placing an order, you are making an offer to buy
- Orders are only accepted once your items are dispatched from our warehouse
- You will receive email updates, but these do not confirm acceptance of your order
If a product is unavailable after ordering, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
In rare cases of pricing or product errors, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the order
- Offer an alternative
- Issue a full refund
4. Payment
- Payments can be made using the methods available at checkout
- All prices are displayed on the website and include applicable taxes (if any)
- Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made.
5. Delivery
- We deliver within the UK and internationally (where applicable)
- Delivery is subject to our Delivery Policy
- Orders may require a signature upon delivery
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier delays).
For parcels delivered to third-party locations (e.g. hotels, forwarding services), responsibility transfers upon delivery.
6. Cancellation & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in line with consumer regulations.

7. Klarna Payments
We offer payment options in partnership with Klarna.
Available options may include:

9. Liability
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
- Ownership of goods transfers only after full payment is received
Areezy is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profit or income
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Areezy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website.
