Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- Unworn and unused
- In original, saleable condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact
Once approved, a refund will be issued excluding delivery charges.
Please allow up to 3 days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
Important Notes
- Items must include all original barcode tags and labels
- We strongly recommend sending returns via tracked/recorded delivery, as Areezy is not responsible for lost returns
- Refunds for online orders cannot be processed in physical stores

Return Delivery Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not offer free returns
- We recommend using a tracked service for your protection
Faulty or Incorrect Items
All items are checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Contact us before returning the item
- Return within 6 Days in original condition and packaging
Once verified:
- You will receive a full refund, including original delivery charges
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
After confirmation, please allow 5 working days for funds to appear in your account (depending on your bank).
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- If your card has expired, we will arrange an alternative refund method
- Your bank/card issuer controls the processing time
Return Confirmation
Once your return is received and processed, you will be notified via email or phone.
If you do not hear from us within 03 days, please contact our Customer Service team.
