Next Day Delivery (Special Request Only)
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is available for UK mainland (excluding Highlands) on special request.
Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time (Monday – Thursday).
Requests can be made via email or phone.


Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)
We offer reliable standard delivery services across the UK mainland.


Free UK Delivery
Free delivery is available on qualifying orders within the UK mainland (excluding Highlands).


Important Notes:

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only
  • No dispatch on weekends or bank holidays
  • Next Day Delivery is not available for:
    • Ireland
    • Highlands
    • Channel Islands
    • UK Offshore Islands
  • A signature may be required upon delivery

International Delivery

Areezy delivers to multiple destinations worldwide 🌍

  • European and international orders are shipped using standard delivery services

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only.


Important Information:

  • All payments are processed in GBP (£)
  • Exchange rates are determined by your bank or card provider
  • Due to shipping restrictions, we do not ship liquids (e.g. fragrances/perfumes) internationally

Customs & Duties:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority
  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees
  • Areezy has no control over these charges

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can track your order via the courier’s website using that tracking link.


Delivery Issues

If delivery is missed:

  • The courier will leave a notification
  • Redelivery attempts may be made
  • You can arrange a convenient redelivery using the courier instructions

Alternative Delivery Address

You may ship your order to a different address than your billing address.

⚠️ Please ensure all details are correct at checkout, as changes cannot be made after placing the order.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged:

  • Contact Areezy Customer Service
  • We will raise a claim with the courier
  • Once approved, you will receive a refund including delivery charges (if applicable)

Please note that claims may take some time to process.


Safe Place Deliveries

If you request your parcel to be left in a safe place:

  • This is done at your own risk
  • Areezy is not liable for loss or damage in such cases

Working Days

Working days are Monday to Friday.
Weekends and Bank Holidays are not included.

Orders placed outside working days will be processed on the next available working day.
